Through the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, the world’s leading school in Nutritional Psychology, where I am receiving my certification as an Mind Body Eating Coach through IPE's internationally acclaimed program, I have learned powerful cutting-edge tools and protocols that enable me to work with weight issues, body image challenges, overeating, binge eating, and a variety of nutrition related health concerns, such as digestion, fatigue, mood, immunity, and others. My work combines the powerful new fields of Dynamic Eating Psychology and Mind Body Nutrition. The skills I use from this training are a combination of practical coaching techniques, results-oriented psychology, clinical nutrition, body-centered practices, mind body science, and a positive and compassionate approach to challenges with food and health.

INSTITUTE FOR INTEGRATIVE NUTRITION

In the professional training and certification program at IIN, I learned about more than 100 dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. I help clients create a completely personalized "roadmap to health" that suits their unique body. I work with lifestyle change because diets don't work. Diets can often be a quick fix and a distraction from personal development work that needs to take place. During my IIN training, I learned a great deal about how eating whole, real food can make a huge impact on health. Once we remove the focus of following a diet, we can focus deeper on what foods are right for each individual person and their body. When doing this work, most find they have more energy, feel better and have an easier time letting go of weight.
